Responsibilities and Role:

Social Media Management

  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience to foster a positive community environment
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication of content across all platforms
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns, making recommendations for improvement
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the in-house designer to create all social content and finalize copy
  • Influencer Relations and Coordination: Coordinate influencer outreach materials, track engagements, and field inquiries on a weekly basis

Digital Program Management

  • SEO & SEM: Manage all SEO and SEM programs in partnership with the internal and external team members to drive increased awareness and qualified leads

Email Campaign Management

  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute all email marketing programs to accelerate customer engagement

Public Relations

  • Issue Research: Stay up to do on all water and plastic issues affecting consumers and customers 
  • Outcomes Research: Execute surveys, aggregate our impact statistics, and cultivate relationships with key customers and organizations
  • Planning and Execution: Manage the PR calendar and handle posting for company announcements

Sales Marketing Creation

  • Sales Collateral: Oversee the production of all sales collateral including pitch decks, brochures, brand videos, and more to ensure all materials are up to brand standards and effective for external selling

Ad Hoc

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm marketing ideas and strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and campaigns
  • Project Management: Act as Project Manager to develop and closely monitor detailed timelines for all brand campaigns
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports

Candidate Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or social media, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and influencer / partnership marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and effectively convey ideas
  • Proficient in all organic and paid social media platforms, proficiency in using additional marketing tools including AI
  • Demonstrates the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for marketing and a desire to continuously learn and grow

Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary of $55,000 - $65,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.

Please note this is not a fully remote position. FloWater has a hybrid model of work. Candidates must be Denver-based and have availability to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
