We are looking for a Field Service Technician to work with our Refill Stations with cutting-edge water filtration technology delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our innovative water purification system. This role is critical in delivering a brilliant customer experience through efficient installations, filter changes, and repairs. 

Great Candidates: You have at least 3+ years of field service experience, specifically in water filtration, POU units, or related applications like coffee makers and ice machines. You’re comfortable with independent field tasks possess outstanding communication skills, and have a proven track record of providing world-class customer service. Your organizational skills and motivation drive you to excel in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities and Role:

• Install new FloWater Refill Stations at customer sites
• Perform light plumbing work, including water line installation and angle stop plumbing
• Conduct regular filter changes and execute repairs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with water filtration and reverse osmosis systems
• Carry out general service maintenance and cleaning of Refill Stations
• Provide exceptional customer service at multiple locations daily
• Adapt to dynamic schedules and occasional weekend work
• Manage efficient routes and adhere to strict timelines

• 3+ years of field maintenance experience, preferably with water filtration systems, POU units, or related appliances
• Familiarity with water filtration systems, reverse osmosis technology, and filter replacement
• Experience in light plumbing, including running water lines and adding angle stop adapters
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electronic parts and leak detection
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and moving heavier loads up to 125 pounds with assistance

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to keep company vehicle at home
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Experience with coffee machines, ice machines, or soda fountain installation is a plus

Compensation: This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ($21.00 - $23.00 / hour depending on experience), comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
