IT Systems Manager

As we scale our operations to meet the growing demands of our customers, we need a dynamic IT Systems Manager to join our team and drive the technological advancements necessary for our expansion.
Great Candidates: You have 5+ years of experience with IT systems, ERP integration, and managing teams. You have a strong background in project management, critical thinking skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. This role will be pivotal in addressing our current challenges, optimizing our existing systems, and implementing new technologies to support our growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage a team of admins and developers, and oversee integrations with our core platforms, including NetSuite, ZenDesk, and HubSpot.
Responsibilities and Role:
- Oversee and manage our NetSuite ERP system, including accounting, inventory management, and other business processes. Ensure optimal configuration and usage to support business operations
- Lead integrations of software solutions both with and without APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity between NetSuite, Zendesk, HubSpot, and other systems as we scale
- Manage and mentor IT admins, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Make decisions about whether to hire, train, or outsource resources
- Set priorities for IT projects, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and address any issues that arise
- Address current IT and infrastructure problems, and anticipate future challenges related to scaling. Provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance system performance
- Stay abreast of emerging software technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and implement new technologies to solve business problems and drive innovation
- Assess the need for integrations and technology upgrades. Make informed decisions on resource allocation, project priorities, and technological investments
Candidate Competencies:
- 5+ years in IT management, ERP systems (preferably NetSuite), and software integration. Proven experience in managing both small-scale and large-scale software integrations
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with APIs and non-API integrations. Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Zendesk, and HubSpot is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams, including admins, developers, and third-party vendors
- Strong ability to set project priorities, manage resources, and deliver results. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT challenges
- Open to new technologies and approaches, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary of $110,000 - $115,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy and Paid Time Off.

Please note this is not a fully remote position. FloWater has a hybrid model of work. Candidates must be Denver-based and have availability to come into the office at least 2 days per week
